I'm in the process of putting a group rate together for the Red Lion Hotel. If you are interested in this one, please let me know so I know about how many rooms to reserve.

Once I have confirmation, the rooms will go on a first come first served basis.

I'm waiting for The sales gal at Red Lion in Denver to call me back. So, I'm not sure of the details yet.

They want to know how many rooms and such and then she will give me a rate. As soon as she calls me back with details, I'll let you know. My thought is that we could easily fill up 10 rooms.

Yeah, probably. She is supposed to call me back in about an hour or so. I did tell her that some would want different dates other than the 'norm'. I should have a good clear picture of it in a few hours.
