Here is a tip for the new people. You might last a bit longer if you don't say much but it won't be as much fun. I'm not saying be a loud jackass like I was last year, but its cool to interact with people in the thread. Its also a pretty good way to get to know people. Its hell and nothing brings people closer then stress and begging for votes.

Oh and new guys, if Med starts offering you used jock straps from players don't fall for it. I got mine back from the lab and it turns out its just some fat trucker named Ed.

And a plague for some who backstab thee

You're in like Flynn.

One "newbie" slot remaining (which can also be filled by a vet, so don't hesitate, or all is lost!)

I knew he worked with Rascal before but he was claiming to be with me. He ended up being apart of Rascal's team. Also it caused Ark Bronco to get mad at me for not being nice. (in this game who would have thought that). I'm not sold on how long he would have stayed true to our side but if it would have been long enough to get Rascal out then it would have changed the game big time.

So it appears Conklin got a little tipsy and got a little break if he isn't back in time should there be an alternate if all 30 are filled?

Okay, here's the deal.

I could potentially fill up to seven more slots. No more than that, though.

These slots will only be available for veterans of Survivor I, II or III.

Any vets who want to join, who haven't yet signed up, must sign up by noon, Sunday, March 4. As always, the times I announce are Denver Time, so if you are in a different time zone, you'll have to figure it out for yourself.

If all seven slots are filled up before that time, then, obviously, registration will come to a close at that point.

Regardless of when registration ends, I plan to post the Rules for Survivor IV, as well as a general FAQ, as a "sticky" in the OT forum, sometime around March 5 or 6th. The game will not officially kick off, however, until March 7. That's the day that you'll really need to check in if you are slated to play.

Generally, each round will last at least 24 hours. Rarely (and almost never until we get down to the final few rounds) it may go faster. But you will almost always have a full 24 hours to lodge your vote. So even if you can't make it to the forum, for some reason, on March 7, you could probably still get in your shots on the morning of March 8.

weŽll have to vote you off before you go on your cruise anyway, so why not do it in round 1 and spare you from your second place finish?

I don't know who plans on being allied with whom, or who plans on rubbing out whom, or in what order, but you might not want to set your plans in concrete, or sign any contracts in blood, or whatever, until you get a chance to check out the rules.

That's all I've got to say about that for now.
