It all depends on how you play the game.

1. Herm Edwards Style- You play to WIN THE GAME! Trust no one and screw everyone from the get go. Most used Survivor style.

2. Hotrod Style-You play for second place and play all sides

Closely related to Former Marty Shottenheimer style except Hotrod won a playoff game recently.

3. Smalltowngrll style-Tease everyone, offer the world, and hope the sausages buy it hook line and sinker

6. Mike Shanahan style-Offer so much misinformation no one has a clue what you are doing until after they have gone Garcia on their computer. Voted off for not remembering who they were even backstabbing usually.

7. Newbie Style-Bunker in and pray that no one realizes you are there until half the real threats are gone. Short term style that usually works until the Dons start their clear newbie Sweeps.

8. DB4life style-Raise cain and put a huge target on yourself from the get go (AKA Solid Husker through and through style). AKA heydensmom alternate style. Only for the strong willed posting types.

9. Norv Turner Style-Convince a talented team your coaching record is irrelevant and you actually can make them better, then go down in flames during the regular season. These are the players who work in on the right team, only to be the first consensus eliminated by the same team.

10. Lane Kiffin Style-Ride your Father's and a Coach everyone wish they had hired coattails and then wake up and realize its actually the Raiders you are coaching. These are the ones who choose the WRONG side in a drunken stupor.

11. Washington Redskins style-Buy a bunch of votes then realize you are going down early for pissing off the real Dons brokering deals.

12. Mediator12 Style-Have fun, make new relationships, overreact like crazy in round one and actually talk to Majik about a deal, develop paranoia, see your therapist and get mocked for playing, vow to never come back, and then be obsessed with coming back. Whoops, I think I actually posted that part.

You see, you can have multiple layers of trust. It just depends on what style you follow.

Also, the "play as dumb as you possibly can" style.

Closely related to the "Newbie" style of "bunkering in" except it's more like the Prairie Dog standing outside its burrow and barking. Or whatever sound Prairie Dogs make.

Usually a short term strategy at best, and sometimes backfires when I make the rules so convoluted that everyone really is confused.

heydensmom changed the game so much for me it wasn't even funny. At the time there was a pretty good group of people on my side. I wanted to take down rascal. It would have told me a couple of things had the group went ahead and voted to toss Rascal. The most important would have been TheDave's true colors. I knew he worked with Rascal before but he was claiming to be with me. He ended up being apart of Rascal's team. Also it caused Ark Bronco to get mad at me for not being nice. (in this game who would have thought that). I'm not sold on how long he would have stayed true to our side but if it would have been long enough to get Rascal out then it would have changed the game big time.
