Yeah...I've been trying to decide on the Vista stuff also...not sure if I can wait until summer though. I'm tired of hanging at the coffee shop or library to check my email. I'm holding out until after my taxes anyway...

Just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I can, however, access my email off of any other computer. It's sign-in that I'm having a problem with on mine.

I have a yahoo account and hotmail account. My computer worked fine until I tried to update Media Player... It keeps telling me my copy of windows might be counterfeit and won't let me update anything windows related or sign-in to any accounts. I can't sign into MSN either...don't know for sure how I'm getting online...just hitting signin and when it dials (yeah, I know) I go to google and search for The Mane and it gets me here. It's weird.

No...it won't let me either...I get "page cannot be displayed" as usual.
I refused to take it in for 75 bucks an hour and have to reload windows AGAIN for 3 hours. It's not worth it.

It's all mine!!! Kidding.

I don't work, so he makes the money and I spend it. I have to admit I'm really shocked there are so many people that are married that have the whole separate account thing going on.

He does do a lot of side work and recently opened an account for the business part of it, so we could easily sort it out come tax time. That money is his to do with what he wants. In the beginning we didn't have the luxury of that because every penny counted. He's been trying to save up for a decent pick up for a couple of years now, and after he opened that account, he had saved up quite a bit of money. I wanted to get braces. I had it all figured out how we were going to pay for it, and he came to me and said he was paying for it with his side money. Awwwww. Whatta guy!

For me it's committment. 100% of what we both get goes into the joint account. I have a setup for work funds for expenses.

We don't charge unless we have the cash to pay for it when the statement comes. She grew up with barely enough money for expenses, I grew up in a family that borrowed every chance they had. I learned from my wife how to handle finances, we have benefited from the lessons.

The other half of the committment is a financial wizard. We were able to payoff our 30 year mortgage in 15 years. We've been able to pay cash for the last 3 cars we've bought.

I guess what works for each is what works.
