Someone in my own family served me deep dish pizza the other night.

I mean, I know they love me, and I love them. But, deep dish is an affront to everything that IS pizza. If I want a casserole, I'll eat casserole. If I want pizza, I want a NY-style, large sliced, generously sauced, 1/4" crusted pie with a quality cheese. Luckily, it was from Zachary's in Berkley... so even a pizza faux pas like deep dish goes down well.

****ler, that's a good one. Really. The next time I hear it, all I'll have is his 85+ QB rating and 2 to 1 TD to INT ratio as a rookie to keep me from crying.

There are some pretty decent places to get pizza in san diego. Bronx pizza in hillcrest...(bronxpizza.com)...and Voltero's in Clairemont...off of Balboa Ave.
