Could everyone from SoCal please leave this thread? What the **** do you know about bad weather, blizzards, snow or temperatures that require anything more than a T-Shirt anyway?

Funny, I was waiting for a "software installer" to come in for Oregon.
Would have been funny if it was you!

I live here because I used to live in Colorado and Wyoming. I know all about bad weather.

In North Metro I'd say we're closing in on a foot. I just shoveled to make sure that we can get out if we need to and it's covered again.

Fortunately, I'm missing the snow. It's just raining here. Western Kansas is getting some snow, I hear...

Not much to gain, other than exercise, by shoveling in this weather. Looking at my neighbors driveway, he has 70% perfectly clear and 4-5 foot drifts over the rest of it.

Heh...no, I get enough "Could you come fix my computer while you're home?" calls from family as-is. I don't need the extra work.

Up to 6-8 inches in the Tech Center, but coming down hard. Haven't started my snow blower since the 2003 storm, so I will probably be shoveling.

Most folk have taken a double dose of stupid pills. I went to load up on frozen pizza and beer and was ready to kill a few idiots. Woman in the store parking lot with one of those little Ford Escapes could not get out of the parking place. Another guy and I tried pushing her, but couldn't stop her from spinning and turning her wheels. Every time we started to push it was zoom, crank the wheel. Other guy about ripped her out of the car and jumped in and once I pushed him over the icey spot he backed right out. Serious dagger from his eyes as she got back in the car. watch out for the morons on the streets if you have to go out

It's fluke storms like this that save Denver from becoming another **** hole city like in California. I love watching the weather channel as they show Eisenhower tunnel and areas like that. It definetly gives the impression to people that Denver is a cold city. It's these couple storms a year that keeps the warm blooded people away...little do they know how nice Denver weather really is.

Oh and don't think about moving to Routt County. We have zero degree temps everyday and the snow is stacked up 10 feet already.

I live down by DU, snow is crazy pilling up. Drove for some High Life and other emergency essentials and there are idiots everywhere. Be careful out there and if you don't need to be out there don't.

Yes, but the cars are inside our shop, which is heated quite well.

I wonder what this does for Broncos pactice? Wed and Thurs are big practice days.

My buddy just called me, he was supposed to fly out this morning to go home for Christmas. They sent him home and said he probably won't make it out for Christmas as all the flights are booked. It sucks for him
