Hey All,

I'm coming into Denver for New Years, because my girlfriend wants to spend it with me up there. I need a nice restaurant to take the little lady to. Downtown is a must, and it's gotta be nice. I'm thinking maybe a Ruth Chris's type place. I just need a step up from a Maggiano's or PF Changs or something. It doesn't have to be the most expensive place, because that doesn't always equal best place. But on the other hand, for one night, money really isn't an issue.

Suggestions?
