Glad to get out of that period with the lead, we were getting torched there in that second period, but Fleury held up against the Columbus onslaught.

Is Theodore as bad as the stat line suggests? If the guy can´t get fired up for his return to Montreal, will he ever?

Malkin's 3rd goal of the year in 3 games. He also has an assist tonight.

That was such a nice play.

4-2 Pittsburgh in the 3rd. We are unstoppable on the power play with both those kids on the ice. 3-6 tonight on the PP.

He only has a year left on that deal though, right? So I don't think he'd be impossible to move, but you'd still prolly have to give up something fairly substantial.

No chance in hell. No one's taking on his contract. The Avs are stuck with him until the 2008-09 season.

Agree 7 goals and 2 assists is impressive especially in 6 games. Another young gun to look after is on the Nashville Predators they called up Alexander Radulov.
