Who is the NL Rookie of the Year?
I have read some people say it's a weak group, but that's simply not the truth. It's one of the deepest rookie classes in recent memory, but there's not one consensus guy.
Even though I think Ryan Zimmerman and Prince Fielder are going to have the best careers, Dan Uggla is my choice for ROY. His numbers are remarkable for his position and when you take into consideration where he plays his home games. The Astros left him unprotected in the Rule V because they thought he was an overachiever who was too old, small and slow to play in the big leagues.

I voted for Uggla, too. Either he had his career year in his rookie season or he's going to be a bargain Utley next March in roto drafts.
