Pretty good, but you need one of those backs to step up and establish himself as a solid number two. Not sure about your league's scoring system for defenses, but New England is not my idea of a number one defense this year.

My RBs scare me but I guess going into week one most of them are the starters. Its the first time I had a elite QB in sometime so I guess thats something. The best part of it is I get a half point per catch so thats why I went with Bush so early. |

For picking at #10 I think you did pretty well. Helps that it's only a 10 team league, but getting Manning, Rudi Johnson, and Randy Moss as your top 3 is a pretty good round up. I think you'll be okay at RB with Gore and Bush. I've seen Bush go in the 2nd round in a lot of drafts. I'd never do it... but you have decent value with him and I'm sure you probably got him in the 4th or later. Not bad.

I think you have good receivers and I like Gore a lot as a sleeper. With Benson causing trouble in Chicago Jones might end up being the starter once again. I know its hard to turn down Manning and I learned the hardway last year, but eventhough he is always the first QB off the board I don't think he has ever finished a fantasy season as the top QB, maybe 2 yrs ago where he broke the TD record he was #1.
In one of my drafts I drafted 10th out of 10 and got Delhomme in the 7th round and Brunell in the 14th |

If bush rocks this week, I'd look to trade him for a more legitimate #1. He's gonna be splitting time with Deuce. Kevan Barlow and Frank Gore are both #1's on bad teams, although I think that San Fran will surprise a lot of people this year. You need a rock star RB.
But overall its a much better draft than the one you had last year in the OM/NPN league. |

Piece of advice...don't try anything different....I had a friend who had some stragne fantasy that drafting tony gonzalez with the first pick would somehow workout for him..... needless to say it didn't and he finished at the bottom of the league...

Dude your runningbacks are a little shaky. I took Benson instead of Jones but have no idea who will start. The Bears situation will kill one of us. I also took Barlow but wasted a pick on Blaylock because of the questions there. All I can do is hope Benson starts but if he doesn't I still have Steven Jackson and Jamal Lewis.

Wow...it seems like everybody here except me has Scheffler on their squad. Good picks for having the 10th selection. If Jones sees a lot of carries that will definately benefit your RBs, but who knows. I drafted Benson as my fourth RB so i'm hoping he'll see most of the carries.
