Madden 07 xbox 360 Question - The Orange Mane

I am starting a season with the Broncs. I simuluate through the pre-season. When I get to the regular season, YA Tittle and all the other hall of famers are signed onto teams. I dont' want to play against those guys. I want the rosters to be legit. Anyone know how to avoid this? BTW, I do not have live.
