anyone ever have a back strain? i strained my back almost a year ago, and damn if it still hurts. i would push it to hard everytime it got better, then i would reinjure it, so i have been taking the last 2 weeks as essentially bedrest, but it still hurts. i graduate in december and i wanted to apply at olympic training center for an internship, but i cant intern there if i cant squat or do any olympic movements because of my back.
how long did it take you to recover, and did you do anything to help? thanks..

Yeah I was going to say Lortab. Actually I'd start with a chiropractor and specific excercises. I have a horrible back with multiple problems due to being small boned and 6 pregnancies....and now age. I go to the gym and do simple excercises, a lot of stretching. But you need to talk with your doctor to see what's good for it.
