It would be cool if we get a few people from the board at that game (if the season happens).

yea definitely. one thing ive learned going to the stadium and being in miami, you wont get any "enemy hazing" from dolphins fans, most dont care enough. should be a good time though, but i have to teach at 7am next day.

cool then, we have to get more people involve to do some tailgaiting then. Dull fans don't give a crap about their team, ever.

Since we're unconvinced that the season will begin on time, this game is starting to be kicked around as a possibility

sun life is an OK stadium, i went for the orange bowl and a game last year.

tailgating will be good too, i will bring a table and some other stuff. wont be a tailgatenut like reception, but it will be a good time.

Sass & I are still undecided at this point, but it's a real possibility.

As I said before, I wouldn't be surprised at all if the season doesn't start on time, but I have a hard time believing any dispute will last into game 7. I've never been down there before, but I have some friends that just relocated to Boca.......we'll see.

Yeah, generally visiting tailgates are pretty light affairs (unless Calijohn is in charge, that is), no worries...a few beers with a few friendly Broncos fans is good enough by me.

Miles has been harping on this being a optimum road game for all of us to go to. I dunno...the timing isn't great for my schedule.

Was at Sun Life (Landshark back then) for the Saints-Miami game two years ago. We stayed at Hollywood Beach leading up to the game then at a hotel walking distance to the stadium for the night after the game. Good times.

Tailgating was ok. The parking spots were packed in but the area with the band and bar just outside of the stadium was a lot of fun.

Should be a lot of Orange this day.

Miles (or maybe it was Trish or both) told me once that Dolphins fans were the worst ones they ever encountered...even worse than Eagles or Bills fans.

That's really saying something if true.

My experience two years ago was that they were ok. The whole weekend we took over a bar on the beach in Hollywood, then were surrounded by Fins fans at the tailgate and everyone was cool. There were a LOT of Saints fans there. We were there with friends that were exiled to FLA after Katrina. Was a fantastic time.

The only time it was bad was at the actual game. We were in a Dolphin season ticket section and we were surrounded by the enemy and getting it pretty good from them (whatever though, I would do the same to them in Denver). The game played out perfectly with the Dolphins going up big and the Saints making a miraculous comeback. That last beer tasted so, so good.

The only thing I found really annoying is the constant 'fins up' and 'fins to the left, fins to the right' song they play.

We aren't making any plans until we see what the NFL does...but we might make this game if we don't schedule a trip back to see my folks in Colorado during the season....if there is a season.

i went for the bears-dolphins game (GF is a bears fan, my present to her). funny seeing cutler and marshall on the same field haha, especially when i think marshall flipped the ball (angrily?) at cutler.

there was no harrassing or anything, and there was a TON of bears fans. i think sun life is very prone to getting overrun by the enemy. i expect the same during the broncos game.

most of the stuff ive read recently, from both sides of the story, think early-mid july a deal will get done. neither side thinks games will be missed anymore, because eventually both sides are going to give a bit (as they should) to get a deal done. hopefully its actually true.

It's just one of our options, we've done nothing in preperation for anything yet. Everything is on hold this year and it sucks....I hate uncertainity, especially when it comes to travel.

This game, OMW are probably our only Broncos options. Been looking at a UGA home game as well as other destinations as alternatives in case the season is late or gets shut down. We won't know anything till the league gets settled.
