What's even better is to make your own patties. Just cut off and remove the skin and form the brats into patties. This allows you to make a nice fat pattie.

If ya have a good butcher anywhere close you can probably get better bratz at far better pricing. Sorry for going a bit off topic but just sharing ideas.
