Haven't been updated in a while........I will volunteer to do this if Old dude doesnt want to. We have a long offseason........

any input?

I would suggest a PM to Old Dude and work it out. He may have his own reasons not to do the awards that he doesn't want to state publically...

The first year we did this, there was a lot to work with and a lot of interest.

Not so much the second.

And last year, I was gunned down with personal life issues. Barely made it through Survivor and only with the help of Mediator.

I am going to have the same problem this year and I will be more than happy to turn over MC duties on this forum to anyone who wants it, so I would suggest that any applicants contact Taco John via PM.

I'm not at all sure I will even have the time to even host Survivor this year. I have my doubts.

The other thing is that in the first couple of years we didn't do the off- season awards until after NFL draft day - - because of all the action on the other forums. This off season has been, for obvious reasons, even more busy than most. So I would still sugges that who ever does this waits for a another few weeks.

I nominate the Gutless thread for meltdown thread of the year. There is just no way to nominate a single meltdown poster from that thread.

Okay, I'm going to start an awards thread sometime next week. I don't have time to sort through a complicated bunch of nominations & sub-categories and all that stuff, so it's gonna be free wheelin.
