I admire. My Uncle was a "Plane Captain" for the Navy during the Korean conflict, flying out of Florida on European supply flights.

I had always wanted to join the Navy when I was young and fly helicopters. No luck. Hearing problems.

Please do. In general, I would much rather have people be themselves around me. Now, if we're in the middle of a church service and you cuss at me, I might handle it differently, but in this context...cuss away.

Also, would you be willing to add a "clergy" option? I could technically fit under a few others, but the job is distinct from other "human resource" or "non-profit" or "fill-in-the-blank" fields. No big deal either way I suppose...

I'm a buyer for a hospital support company. I work the "damage control" side of things. It kind of sucks at times but since it's the medical industry we're (somewhat) insulated from the economy.

Oh phones.. well.. I'm forced to get my hands dirty with phones at the moment, global VoIP rollout at my company.. I'm responsible for the data center infrastructure (server, networking etc., not racks, cabeling..) and actually the technology is quite interesting.

If I could tomorrow, I would scrap our avaya system and put in POTS lines. I no longer see the necessity for phones on ever desk with Moblie Phone, IM, and Email solutions.
