Default Just curious...and bored!

Just curious...I got rid of my landline yesterday and now I only have the cell.
(I put the last option in just for Hogan )
I figured it will save me about $600 a year!

I still use both. Although my land line is VoIP so that is a little different.

We're seriously considering getting rid of the landline, too... but just haven't done it yet. As it is, we seldom use it and virtually all the calls that come in on it are "pests" (telemarketers, etc.).

That was my thought...once I got rid of dial-up, I had no use for the landline. It was always busy when hooked up to the PC...no one could get ahold of me on it anyway. I did have to pickup a new cell phone after the game this weekend though...I think mine dropped when Jano made the kick (or maybe it was BCJ when he borrowed it! ) ...unlike STG who dropped hers in her drink when he missed the second one!

I use cell phone only. I had a landline for the business but disconnected it when I decided to just do the business on the side. My current client base knows my cell number and that's good enough. Faxes can be done by internet now...so, it's all good!

Hey...how long does your cell battery last without charging it?
Just curious...my old phone seemed to last for almost a week without charging it and the new phone only a couple of days? Bad battery?
