Default bears and stewart - raiders and culpepper - am i crazy?

maybe its just that its the silver and black. maybe its the fact that the rivalry is alive and well in my head even if not as big nationally (or even locally) as it used to be because of the raiders recent failures.
maybe its the memory of the (mobile) kordell stewart led bears beating us a few years ago in a game people thought was a joke.
maybe its culpepper in this situation reminding me of stewart in that situation.
and, maybe its just that SO MANY people have called this game a joke that our curse factor is at a ten....yes, im superstitious.

anyway, i know it sounds crazy, but this game kinda makes me nervous.
is culpecker even gonna play?

please everyone, call me crazy, just knock on wood when you do it.

go broncos, and God bless jay cutler

jake

ps- lookin forward to seeing many of you tomorrow. should be a good time.

Somebody told me the line was like 9 1/2 for the Broncos but I can't say for sure. It will probably go down. I don't like the line being that high. Do me a favor. I can absolutely promise you the Broncos will win for me if you do this. Trust me.

Get a beer. Any beer will do. A pilser, a wheat or some of that wonderful stuff that comes with the commercial that goes BRILLIANT all the time. Drink the beer and say the following phrase as loud as you can GO BRONCOS and do it will feeling and I promise you the Broncos are going to win.

Oh yeah. Send the link to this thread to 9 of your friends and have them do the same thing. IT WORKS. A friend of mine did that and found $100 in their sofa that day AND the Broncos won! Another friend had a guy bring back some power tools he leant him over six months ago AND the Broncos won!

Just excellent advice for most situations in life.

Go ahead and skip this part. No one likes a chain letter.

My parting gift to this thread: The Cheatriots are teh suck. The Br0nc0s are teh win!

Some differences off the top of my head:

Freezing rain AKA Bears weather.

Kordell came off the bench, which made us that much less prepared for his incessant rollouts.

Kordell was still in excellent shape, not a fat **** like Duante.

Huge upgrade on our side of the ball at quarterback, making 20-12 deficits no longer insurmountable.

The ****ing Raiders, man. Shanahan's .800 winning percentage against them has you nervous?

all good points slappy, but youre acting like this is a RATIONAL fear.

honestly, its the .800 winning percentage THAT makes me nervous.
its the "due for a letdown" fear.
hopefully im being a nutcase and we'll win by 30.

Don't feel bad Jake, I worry like this about every single game!!!

The last game I really felt good about... the last time we played the Cheatriots!

F that. Cutler is the real deal. He's gonna shred those ugly ass Black and Silver freaks. Then after he's done doing that, Henry is gonna pound their asses back into the black hole in which they came from. Screw those Raider punks. We work them over by 16 or more I say. No less.
