Any fans of the D here? Went to see this movie last night and it flipping rocked.
Unfortunately I don't think its going to be very popular with people who weren't fans of Tenacious D before. Very poor turnout at the theater I went too, although it was in a town that has hitching posts for horses in the Walmart parking lot. |

I always liked him but I think Jack Black may be wearing thin on the public these days....

I wasn't laughing very much at the trailer and that's not a good sign. They usually put the best stuff in the previews.

If you like the humor of Tenacious D, they defininatly did not put the best stuff in the trailer. The movie really ties in to all those old HBO skits they did. It had me laughing out loud several times.

Jack Black is a riot. Saving Silverman is one of my favorite comedies. I want to see it but probably wont get to until it comes to video.
