I'm all for frying the bastard, but I said NO just because the case had some doubt around it (he still says he's innocent, etc.).

I hate the thought of how much it will cost to jail him for life.

Also, it took years to fry a guy like Ted Bundy, so it ain't happening IMO.

Stop, think about that for a moment.

Imagine yourself in that cell on death row.

Imagine that preacher coming up to you to give you your last rights (or whatever, I forgot your a godless heathen).

Imagine the gaurds coming down that hall for you,hearing the shackles rattling.

Imagine that cell door opening with that loud clicking mechanism that is used as a psychological way of reminding you that you cant get out.

Imagine, after being shaved on your head, put in the shackles and walked down that corrider, what you would be going through.

Whats worse is that you are a godless heathen and therefore this life is all that there is for you.

Odds are you wont be anyone's b**** in prison. You may have to fight a few times, just to show you arent a b****, but you dont have to win, you just have to fight. Keep to yourself, read lots of books and not only will you be relatively safe but you will improve what miserable existance you would otherwise have but advancing the only thing they cant take away from you, your mind.

I have four friends that have been to prison and none of them got raped. All of them had to fight at least once when they first got their and none of them joined any gangs. Most people are there to do their time and be done with it and those with life (or sentences over 30 years) are segregated from those with lesser sentences to reduce violence. When everyone around you is going to be there just as long or longer than you, you dont get mad seeing them come and go because they dont.

Besides, there are enough people turned fag or fag before they went in to satisfy anyone with the desire to have that sort of sex. (ugh, thats just ****ing disgusting). Raping is not very common in prison. It does happen, yes, but not as often as most people think and some of the times it does happen is for something like revenge instead of sexual satisfaction.

Further, Scott Peterson will likely not be put in general population because of the publicity of the trial.

He will be treated well for 20 years until they get around to killing his ass.

Aren't a lot of prisons overcrowded? That could lead to the incarceration of younger offenders with the kind of hardcore lifers who might engage in predatory behavior.

Whatever wipes that smirk off his face. The whole time he thought he would get away with it. It was a really weak case in some respects, but I think the Jury literally hated him. Didn't anyone else feel like biatch slapping that smirking, arrogant murderer? To kill your wife and unborn son is truly an abomination. Then to plop them in the bay is beyond belief. It will be interesting to see if he ever confesses. I wouldn't want to be Peterson when St. Peter reads his book of life. His uncle is going to be pissed off. If I could play vengeful God, I would have him tied down with concrete under water for eternity.

I think his carefree conversations with his slut played alot into it. You could see that he was more interested in getting his willie wet than finding his wife and unborn son.
