Oh yeah, the Lakers are going to be fun to watch this year...

Did anybody catch SportsCenter last nght? They had a reporter at the Lakers pre-season work outs, and the story started with this little dialouge:

ESPN: "Do you think the guys will be able to trust you this year?"

Kobe: "Why wouldn't they?"

ESPN: "They way I understand it, there is a lockeroom code, and you broke it by telling the police about Shaq."

Kobe: "Oh, hahaha... Well, ask them I guess."

Of course, the story cuts to some Laker players. I forget who all they asked, but the most interesting thing about this all is, they had 3 or 4 guys on camera, and they ALL gave the same response. "He's all about winning, he's a great competitor, we're going to win games, etc"

The point is, the ESPN reporter asked them about trust issues with Kobe Bryant the man, and they all dodged the question by saying he was such a great basketball player.

There is gunna be drama in LA, and I'm ready to sit back and watch.
