Moe Williams without hesitation!

Moe will start at least 4 games this season and that is a FACT! With Onterrio Smith having to serve a suspension by probably week 3 and Michael Bennett out for probably the first 6 weeks, Big Moe will get the starting nod. Even when those 2 come back, Moe will still get goalline touches.

For Betts to give you any value, Portis will have to get hurt. If you are allowed to make a move and add another RB, Make a move for Betts. Again, he will not have value as long as Portis is healthy.
