Default Big 10 update: purdue rolls, Michigan loses, OSU heading to OT

Purdue once again looked great, 59-7 win over Ball State. Kyle Orton is making a name for himself as Heisman sleeper pick.

Michigan loses to Notre Dame, I'll get to that after this game...

OSU is 30 seconds away from heading into OT against Marshall, score 21-21 right now.

I'm gonna wait for smack talk on Michigan until the winner of OSU/Marshall is decided.

No need to wait Denfan I didnt get to see them live last week but they looked pretty bad today. They can't run the ball. With a freshman QB you have to have a running game.

This is the first of 3 or so loses they will have this year.

Mike Nugent going in to attempt a 54 yard FG to win the game in regulation for OSU.

"The only way Notre Dame covers the spread is if Touchdown Jesus falls and crushes the Wolverines." - Me

Way to go Michigan. Somehow you lose to Notre Dame. As far as the luckeyes go...well thats just it...luckeyes.

I don't know how we do it, most teams would've lost or at least went into OT, but we won in regulation on a possession that should've never happened and on a FG that shouldn't have gone in.

This is year 3 of this Buckeye magic, here's hoping it doesnt wear off.

That was freaking rediculous. I have never seen a luckier team in my life. The QB spikes the ball when the team isn't even set, then some punk cranks a 55 yarder with room to spare.

OH, but ask Elam to do that last year and it would of been "crazy".

That kick wasnt money. It was barely in. good kick, but OSU having to rely on a kicker against Marshall was just embarrassing. They should have rolled them but instead barely pulled out a victory.

This is my first week watching college ball. Its not as bad as I thought. Its not as great as everyone claims though, we'll see. Watching the UGA/S Carolina game switching between the CSU and USC game. Saw CU beat Wash St earlier, that was a good game. Saw the Notre Dame upset too, good game.

The kick was money.

You don't kick a 55 yarder and have it sail thru, especially some punk OSU weasle.

Purdue and Minnesota are going to play for the Big 10 championship. Write it down now. I'm actually being serious.

Gotta love big 10 football. So many tough teams this year.

I wouldn't put too much stock in Minnesota, but Purdue does look like the class of the Big 10 this year.

November 20th, Michigan @ Ohio State will have Big 10 championship implications written all over it, whether it be one team trying to get it or both, it always comes down to this game regardless.
