So that's a combined age of 29? Perfectly legal. I think that whole thing is dead in the water. |

I don't think they will break their recent history of november melt-downs this season. |

You are probably right. Maryland was a huge dissapointment last year, and I don't see things changing. UVA loses Schaub. VT should win those games...

8-28-04 BLACK COACHES ASSOCIATION CLASSIC
vs. Southern California @Landover, MD -When the schedule came out, everyone in blacksburg sighed in relief that the Pac 10 team they were playing wasnt Cal. However this time USC plays the role of Marcus Vick and V.T. plays the role of the 14 yr. old. Can you say rape? 0-1. 9-11-04 WESTERN MICHIGAN - Easy Win. Wow Western Michigan replaces V.T.'s perennial foe James Madison, this win will surely net you BCS SOS points. 1-1 9-18-04 DUKE - Ted Roof turned that program around last year, but this is still a blow out. 2-1 9-25-04 NORTH CAROLINA STATE - The Hairy Chested and Unethical One (Amato) is very underrated and knows how to play the game by recruiting very well in South Florida the last two years including stud to be LB Jon Dunlap and TE Octavious Darby. This will be a very very tight game but V.T. wins by the skin of Garcia's teeth. 3-1. 10-2-04 WEST VIRGINIA - Garcia celebrates this solid victory by promising wifey not to sleep with the Nite Lite on anymore out of fear that Quincy Wilson was hiding in the closet. 4-1. 10-9-04 at Wake Forest - V.T. escapes....barely. Weak Florist under Coach Jim Grobe has been improving steadily and although 2003 was a down year for them they are headed in the right direction. 5-1. 10-16-04 FLORIDA A&M - Head Coach Billy Joe and his Rattlers take their famed "Gulf Coast Offense" and get it ramed back up their asses by the VT defense. Easy Win. 6-1. (At this point in the season Garcia's head is the size of the moon and he is making all sorts of outrageous homer statements on the college football board) 10-28-04 at Georgia Tech - Loss. G.T. under Chan Gailey is a solid team especially at home. That new QB was very impressive last year. 6-2. 11-6-04 at North Carolina - Easy Win. By this point in the season, UNC's John Bunting has put his house up for sale and none other than good ole Stevil's name is being mentioned for the job everyday in the press. Darian Durant muses to the media after the game that "i wish i transferred to South Carolina like i was gonna". 7-2. (Garcia starts running his mouth again till we bust out Frank Beamer's photoshopped face on the guy on the Mike's Hard Lemonade commercial with that little thing sticking out of his neck...and with Frank, this time there really is a little monster hanging off his neck) 11-18-04 MARYLAND (Thur.) - Loss. The Fridge is a very good coach and Maryland has been very solid the last few years. 7-3. 11-27-04 VIRGINIA - Al Groh has put together some ok recruiting classes but i think V.T. wins this game at home. 8-3 (Garcia starts mouthing off again till we remind him that Miami is next on the schedule to which he responds by putting up that "U Lose" photoshop shot) 12-4-04 at Miami FL - Loss. Surprisingly it isnt an ass raping as i expect but Miami still gets the job done at the Orange Bowl. Javon Nanton really starts making a name for himself with 2 sacks and Brandon Merriweather and Greg Threat show primetime America that they are the Us next dominant safety tandem. Devin Hester and Ryan Moore catch Touchdown passes from Kyle Wright. (After the game, I put up a pick of Bryan Randall on his ass after a Bryan Pata sack with a "U can kiss me, and tell me that you love me" line right under it. ) 8-4. San Francisco Bowl Loss 52-49 to Cal. De Ja Vu all over again. 8-5.

well after seeing the spring game, this will be an interesting miami team. Berlin has improved and Moss looked good. The WRs are still so-so. Darnell Jenkins looked real fast at WR and Devin Hester will definitely be a threat to take it to the house. They just need to hold onto balls better. TE will not be that strong this year, Everrett is ok, but Olsen will be the real star however he isnt quite ready yet. OLine was dominated by the DLine today. That may be a concern. Winston is the best of the group, Myers is good, Tella is improving the rest really arent that hot. The Defensive Line is AWESOME. They rotated alot of guys and they all dominated. They looked really awesome, may be one of the best Miami Defensive Lines ever, up there with the 86 and 94 squads. Just SUPER, now i see why the coaches have been raving about the DLine the whole spring. Youngsters Nanton and Pata are just monsters and Orien Harris on the inside has been a beast. This is definitely Miami's best position next year, the DL. Linebackers need alot of work though. Rocky McIntosh is good, he's a baller, Gooden is quite an athlete and makes plays but also makes alot of mistakes too. Leon Williams at MLB is disappointing, he needs to get better, he is a good athlete but needs to start balling. Secondary looks great. Merriweather has a nose for the ball and Threat has impressed the whole spring, Threat is really someone to keep your eye on. Rolle will be the best corner in the country next year and Jennings is a good corner. The Depth at CB is very, very thin though so that is a serious concern. Hopefully Glenn Sharpe can be healthy by the fall. Overall, the team looks very, very fast, but inexperienced in some areas and there are some weaknesses. The Defensive Line will be a total beast though and im glad Berlin is improving a little.
