Tom Moore says he wants to be an offensive coordinator again at the same time the team that has his most famous pupil is looking for a new coach to lead its attack.
The 74-year-old Moore told The (Nashville) Tennessean that he is leaving his job with the Tennessee Titans, where he had been assisting offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains, who was promoted from quarterbacks coach to replace the fired Chris Palmer on Nov. 26. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/88...rdinator-again |

5 minutes ago, Elway placed a call to Manning....."Peyton, it's John. Do you want Moore or Whisenhunt?"

Whoever it is needs to bring along Brock. Not much time left for Manning. His velocity has gone down a bit this year. I think we will see a drop in Brady too. These guys are getting old.

Old Junktext Favre kept a pretty good cannon through his late 30's. Peyton's nerve issues might prevent that, but I don't think Brady's arm strength is necessarily going anywhere.

I think Moore pretty much created the Indy/Manning offense. Read the article linked below.

not interested in putting together the same combo that's been 1 and done in the playoffs 4 times. When was the last time he called plays?
Much more interested in seeing what Gase has to offer. Everyone that gets to work with him talk about him being an up an comer and a real bright young mind. Also would prefer Whisenhut, or Shurmur. Stay away from Moore. |

do not want. At some point and time Manning has to be willing to learn from a new voice and adjust his game a little bit. At age 74, I'm not sure he's the one I'd want to groom Twilight either. Will Moore even care about Twilight or will he just buddy up to Manning and go Indy 500 all over again?

I'd want Wiz. I agree that he can really work with vets, and what he did with Warner, in particular, was impressive.

If we cannot get Whisenhunt, hopefully it's Moore.
