I have a feeling they are going to have problems actually proving that. The DEA relies very heavily on local law enforcement to enforce local level drug violations while they focus on going after drug rings and cartels. That local support just disappeared in Colorado and Washington so they are kind of screwed honestly.

Good luck to them. Jury nullification is going to prove to be a real b**** if they start prosecuting people in Colorado for marijuana violations.
