This is proof that the schools in the south are terrible. We should send this to the Governor of NC and tell him they need to spend more money on education.

Maybe NC but I went to school in Fl for just under a year and they were terrible.

We moved down there end of March/early April, they told my mom to keep me home because the year was almost over and they were doing more testing than teaching. I got to sit home for 6 weeks, ride my bike around, fish, walk around the woods and river unsupervised which was more dangerous than I realized due to gators and the like. Still not sure how I was able to go from 5th to 6th grade.

Plus they were behind in teaching math, then we moved back here to the Chicago burbs they were much further than FL and I was hosed for the rest of my schooling math wise.

BTW when we moved back up to Chicago the following March I had to go no matter what, they looked at my mom funny when she said that they wouldn't take me in FL at the end of the year before.

I hate FL
