Van Pelt completed 2 of 7 throws for 7 yards. The defense sat many of the starters. The stats are definately in an odd state of flux for the Broncos in that period of time. I like his analysis, but statistically you have to take it with a grain of salt.
I am pretty sure he compensated for those factors, especially considering NE didn't even try to win their last game.
