Leinart probably doesn't fall past the top 3, and there is no way someone doesn't take him top 5. Regardless of what people think of him, he will go early because someone will fall in love with him and if he doesn't go in the top 3, they will trade into the top 5 to get him.
Also, even though he is slow, he has tremendous pocket presence and even when he gets outside the pocket, he somehow seems to make people miss even though he is big and slow.
