Yep, Clouds> Difference clouds> Difference clouds> Difference clouds> Difference clouds> Difference clouds> INVERT> Levels> Hue-Saturation> Touch up.
Then just do some FREE TRANSFORM, PERSPECTIVE and DISTORT adjustments, and there you go...
BTW-
CLOUDS and
DIFFERENCE CLOUDS are two of the most powerful, well atleast, USEFUL commands in Photoshop.
