Jesus said that he was the Son of God and that "He and the Father were one." Meaining that they were uniquely together.
A closer study of the Bible will reveal to you that there is no way that Jesus thought that he was an ordinary man. It will also reveal that he was not teaching anything that was not in the Torah already. His interpretation of the Torah was simple and beautiful.
