Ok We all know the Broncs surprise everyone on draft day.
Given that Leinart is in the first couple of picks and the Broncs have no shot at him, there are few decent WRs the draft. As of now and it looks like Wash pick will be in the 10-15 range and the broncs pick in the mid 20's, how about this for a wild a## guess at mid season. Assuming 8 picks in the first four rounds (2 in first and fourth from Wash and two comp picks)
1A - LeDale White - RB USC - perfect fit for Broncs offense even if it is a position that seems solid right now.
1B - Mercedes Lewis TE UCLA - No WR that can help here, so pick up best TE receiving threat.
2. - Davin Joseph - OG OK - Some folk have him first round, but I think he drops due to poor team performance this year.
3A. Gabe Watson DT Mich - Another one that drops due to poor team performance.
3B. - Jonathan Orr WR Wisconsin - if he can add some weight he could be a McCaffery clone.
3C. - Demitrius Williams WR Oregon Load up on a weak position
4A. Mark Anderson DE Alabama - Pass rush specialist
4B JB Closner OG Alabama "Bronco Type" smaller, smart and very quick
Several first round QBs in 2007 to choose from.
OK - Fire away
