That is, unless president 'Y' is a Democrat and president 'X' is a rethug, if the totality of W*GS' input on this forum is any indication.
According to W*GS, any impropriety or crime committed by any rethug can be automatically absolved by merely pointing out some impropriety or crime (comparable or relevant or not) by any Democrat.
Most children are taught fairly early in life that two wrongs don't make a right.
Apparently W*GS missed this important lesson, and, as a result, suffers from some sort of arrested moral development (which would also explain his ideological alignment with the far-right and the GOP.)
Anticipated response from W*GS: "That's not true - I'm not in alignment with the GOP on every issue."
