8 lbs. spareribs, trimmed of fat
1 bottle chili sauce and equal water
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
2 T. Vinegar
4 scant T. brown sugar
1 onion, cut up fine
Brown spareribs in 350 oven for about 2 hours. Mix sauce ingredients and let come to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Pour sauce over meat 1 hour before serving.
