There are those who would say the same about pedophiles....I'm not one of them, but the point remains.
I just ask, "Where are they now?". If the whitewashing, defending, etc you state above are true then I will be doing my part. Politically, setting the immorality aside, it's a BIIIIGGG LOSER to support these people. IT CAN'T win. No office is so great that it is worth supporting a pedophile just to hold it, the long term credibility damage is not worth it. I know you think we're stupid, but that's insane to believe that seasoned politicians would do that. Furthermore, there were a number on that list that are not elected officials, rather activists, who are not running for office so what would you have me do above and beyond what a citizen subscribing to any ideaological belief system would receive?
