Actually, I have gone to great lengths to maintain my Montana residency. I still own property there and I claim that as my full time residence and I still have my MT driver's license and plates on my car. I still vote in MT and I still pay taxes in MT (which is more than I can say for any tourist). Are you aware of the impact forest fires have on tourism? No you don't, you and your friends decide not to come that year. Well, you're not alone. Those years the drop off is dramatic. But God forbid should we even suggest thinning the forests and fuel lodes. Let me ask you this, do you let your front lawn grow unchecked and unabated?
