Well here was Directv's reply to my "Feedback"
Thanks for writing. I'm sorry to hear that you are thinking of
canceling your DIRECTV service when your annual commitment ends on 6/10/05. You are important to us and we certainly want to keep you as a customer. A
service specialist will call in the next few days to discuss what we
can do to meet your needs.

I love wasting my time to make myself feel better, cuz I am sure they really give a rats ass about one upset customer. I can only hope that there are legions of Bronco fans across the country that signed on for the same reason I did and they let Directv know about this the same way I did.
