Another thing when we changed the sparks plugs the guy that helped me out told me that they come pre gapped. I didnt thinnk that was case and I listened to him. Turns out they need to be gapped at 45. Two days later in the morning since its been cold as hell here the car stalled and it would try to turn over but just chuggle .
This caused me to be late to work. So I got to get that fixed ASAP, now is that the reason why it kinda lags to kick into gear or is like you said that it may be screwin up my tranny

Man , sounds like that car has seen better days , thats for sure ....... Most plugs do come pregaped but wise you always check first , the only thing you have to watch is altitude , I have a different gap here in thin air , then you do @ sea level ...... sounds like you got some of the wrong plugs , also I have seen guys mess up the gap trying to put plugs in , and not hit the hole in the first shot , some times a slight nudge will knock the gap off ......
