Call the timeout, but get it just before the ball is snapped so the kicker can still kick the ball to get a rogh estimate if he has the distance and accuracy to make it.
Makes sense, Miami missed the FG and then went for it on 4th down afterwards.

perhaps, for myself i still think that time expired before he even got the timeout but according to the commentators Coker had planned to take the timeout before they even kicked it. either way, you just cant give up a td in that situation, at least make them earn it.
