They have better and legal means at their disposal. They will flat out f*&& you up in the hood. Especially in Prince George's county MD, there's an El Salvadorian based gang there that has been cutting hands off passers by, murders, rapes. REALLY messed up stuff. But, citizens can't have a gun in DC.....so it should be safe.....right? (PS, they just changed that law but it hasn't gone into effect yet.....
