I'm glad to see the Curse lifted. Know one will deny that it has been. They beat the yankees coming from behind to finally win it in Yankee Stadium. And then they sweep the series for the championship. Kudos to an awesome (and expensive) team.
New England might do what the Steelers did back in the seventies, and have two home teams win world championships the same year...well I guess it would be next year for the Super Bowl, but you know what I mean. Wait, the Pats won this year, so either way they got it! Great year to be from New England if you're a sports fan.
