you cant stop outsourcing , it is going to happen , but what you can do is stop making the American worker , pay to loose his job to outsourcing ..... As it is right now , you pay for your job to go over seas ....I dont think that is right .....
What we have to do is eleminate , the tax cuts for companies leaving ....
then we have ot get a handle on the trade deficite .........
