Oatmeal and raisins for breakfast
Turkey breast and whole grain bread with thin sliced cheese for lunch
Tuna fish with light or no mayo with whole grain bread for lunch
Chicken/ fish/ turkey/ and vegetables for dinners
Raw Almonds for snacks
Unsweetened almond milk
