don't buy the panisonic just cause it is blue man, not to diss your place of employment but there is a reason they are sold at wal-mart.
As for the speakers for standard Door or rear speakers you want at least some 2-way speakers(Never had pioneer car speakers but sure they are quality) or with a 50 watt deck you could even move some 3-way's.
