Been watching this one after it developed. Living on the coast has one drawback for sure. Insurance is going to go through the roof in Florida!
A lot of people aren't going to be able to buy homes their anymore because of insurance rates.
If Ivan hits Florida the whole state might be under water.

RECORD NUMBER OF TORNADOES REPORTED IN U.S. DURING AUGUST
A land-falling hurricane and a tropical storm helped push the total number of tornado reports to a record high for the month of August across the United States, according to the NOAA Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Okla.
