You're staying downtown, right? There are all sorts of places to eat & shop along 16th street mall...Too bad Elway's restaurant isn't opening until October 10th - that should be interesting, if nothing else just to see what he does for decor there
If you're big into eating meat...there's Rodizio's Brazilian Steakhouse which is worthy of the 25$ a plate -- IF you like meat...Definatly not a place to go if you're a vegan!
