It was weird how the whole thing set up. There was widespread rain all over New Mexico and Colorado for several days, but the pressure systems stalled and there was small areas that just got hammered for hour after hour after hour. Boulder up to the Continental Divide in particular. The official moisture for the year was about 10.5" up until a few days ago, now in some areas it's about 20" - 24". That Low in New Mexico just stalled there and kept drawing moisture up and packing it right onto the front range like an upslope.
