He chose right and snapped his hips, got his feet right and in a couple of steps ran by the safety who tried but failed to horse collar him. That kind of athletic move is rare for a 250 lb guy.
Welker kind of did the same thing on his first (?) touchdown when he used the defender as a shield and then spun around him by changing his direction and momentum as he turned very quickly.
