That's when you simply hang up and call right back. It's all about who you talk to.
Also did you get to the retention department? I know 10 people who have called in the last month and they have all gotten Sunday ticket for free and some have gotten discounts on their monthly bill and equipment upgrades. You talk to another person, you get what you want.
