is the kinda crap that ticks me off. We were just discussing it in the "Founding Fathers" thread.
In my opinion and experience a "soul" does not exist. My bet is Bush (or anyone else) would be hard pressed to show me one, "saved" or not. So why the hell do these things get mentioned in a political ad? What does "saving souls" have to do with running an efficient and productive government?
I don't care what people believe in the privacy of their own minds but this kind of nonsense doesn't belong on the campaign trail or in the oval office. Why can't people keep their religious lives and their sex lives private? I want to know and care about what god someone worships about as much as I want to know and care about what a gay man does with his private parts. It's just none of my damn business and I didn't ask for details!
